feat: add --readpattern flag to shell completions

- Add `--readpattern` completion to zsh with pattern name suggestions
- Add `--readpattern` to bash completion options list
- Include `--readpattern` in bash pattern completion case handler
- Add `--readpattern` completion to fish with pattern arguments
