* Do not overwrite the source tree's file except from make-host-2. In particular, crossbuild-runner/pass-2 will not replace it. * Disallow entries that differ only in which package SINGLE-FLOAT or DOUBLE-FLOAT is interned in. I should do something better than to ignore modified caches from make-all-targets, but at least this allows it to complete reliably rather than get EOF errors due to simultaneous reads and writes.
