DELETE all sway configs 
I do not use them and I have no plan to switch to Wayland anytime
soon.  Xorg works better for me and I like bspwm/herbstluftwm much
more than whatever currently exists on Wayland.

At best, a switch to Wayland will give me the same experience I
already have.  It makes no sense for me to bother with such an
exercise.

Add HerbstluftWM; reorg files; BREAKING CHANGES 
I have used HerbstluftWM in the past.  In short: it feels very familiar
to someone coming from bspwm, though it is different in how it handles
monitors/workspaces.  Today I switched back to it again because I got an
ultrawide 2560x1080 display as part of a temporary exchange.  It is fun
experimenting with this setup!

The bspwm configs continue to work as intended.  But I have abstracted
away its sxhkd, polybar, and Xmodmap components, as well as a couple of
shell scripts.  Those are now part of the xorg-twm stow package, which
is shared by bswpm and herbstluftwm.

The delight script now covers herbstluftwm as well.  It underwent some
refinements, though I still plan to optimise a few things.

IMPORTANT UPDATE to the repo's README 
Remove the old notice.  In its stead add a proper description of what my
custom desktop session is about.  More importantly, provide crucial
information about my free/libre book: "Prot's Dots For Debian (PDFD)".

Users who wish to reproduce my custom desktop session are expected to
read PDFD and work with its bespoke code repo ("Code for PDFD"):
https://gitlab.com/protesilaos/cpdfd.  CPDFD is a clone of my dotfiles
that only tracks its latest fixed release.

For the releases, use `git`:

    ~/dotfiles $ git tag --list
    v1.0.0.pdfd_rc1
