REVISE the email setup 
I tried mailbox.org for a while, but kept encountering issues. Some of
my messages would not be delivered at all. Messages from others would
not reach me either. There was not discernible pattern on when
something would fail, which made everything feel wrong.

I am back to using Gandi for at least another year. Will then review
my options.

mbsyncrc: enable directives for all mail type syncing 
With the previous settings, I could have the following undesired
behaviour:

- Delete an email for the first time on the remote.
- This creates a new Trash directory.
- mbsync cannot clone the new Trash because it has not such permission.
- The entire syncing errors out.

While I use "both" here, the reality is that only the near side is the
source of truth as I only read my email through Emacs.  Still, it is
important to understand how those things work.
