Remove ctags program
...
Remove our old ctags and suggest Universal Ctags instead.
This fixes a FIXME in lib-src/Makefile.in and speeds up compilation
quite a bit on my older CPU when I compile with --enable-gcc-warnings.
It also lessens installation and runtime footprint. (Bug#76322)
* .gitignore: Remove lib-src/ctags.
* admin/authors.el (authors-renamed-files-alist): Remove ctags.1.
* admin/check-man-pages: ctags.1 is no longer a special case.
* admin/quick-install-emacs (PUBLIC_LIBSRC_BINARIES): Remove ctags.
* cross/Makefile.in (LIBSRC_BINARIES): Remove lib-src/ctags.
* doc/man/ctags.1, lib-src/ctags.c: Remove.
* java/Makefile.in (CROSS_LIBSRC_BINS): Remove ctags.
* lib-src/Makefile.in (INSTALLABLES): Remove ctags${EXEEXT}.
(ctags${EXEEXT}): Remove.
* lib-src/etags.c (CTAGS): Remove. All uses replaced by ...
(ctags): ... this new static var.
(STDIN): Remove macro. All uses replaced by new STDIN_OPTION constant.
(CTAGS_OPTION, STDIN_OPTION): New contants.
(longopts): New --ctags option.
(ctags_default_C_help): New constant,
to override default_C_help at runtime.
(default_C_help): Now always the etags version.
(C_LANG_NAMES_INDEX): New macro.
(print_language_names): Do not assume etags.
(PROGRAM_NAME): Remove. All uses removed.
(print_help): Document --ctags if PRINT_UNDOCUMENTED_OPTIONS_HELP.
(main): Support new --ctags option, and support all [ce]tags options.
* test/manual/etags/Makefile (CTAGS_PROG):
Now etags --ctags, since there is no longer a ctags.

Provide an Android version code derived from the Emacs version

The version code is intended to be an integer that increments
for each Android package release
(https://developer.android.com/studio/publish/versioning#versioningsettings ).
If we keep this updated under version control, then F-Droid (a
third-party Android package repository), can watch for that, and
use it to automatically build Emacs packages for Android each
time a new Emacs release is tagged
(https://f-droid.org/en/docs/Build_Metadata_Reference/#UpdateCheckData ).

Let Gnulib deal with malloc/realloc 0
...
Instead of worrying about whether malloc and realloc yield a
non-null pointer when given size 0 (the traditional behavior
recommended by Doug McIlroy, and the only behavior that makes
sense for Emacs), let Gnulib arrange for the traditional behavior.
* admin/merge-gnulib (GNULIB_MODULES): Add malloc-gnu (which we
were already depending on indirectly) and realloc-posix.
* lib/gnulib.mk.in, m4/gnulib-comp.m4:
Regenerate by running admin/merge-gnulib.

This patch fixes various problems preventing this script from
working. The job of this script is to collect Emacs' dependanicies and
the (MSYS2/MinGW64) source archives for dependancies (including 2nd
etc. order dependancies) into zip archives. GPL requires distributing such
archives (along with Emacs' own sources) when distributing GPL binaries.
Most principle of the changes is support for MSYS2 "w64" source archives
in zst format; previously this script assumed all sources were available
as tar.gz files. Additionaly several DLLs are added to list of
required, including sqllite3 and tree-sitter.
In general this is a maintaince fix to ensure others have access to the
code used to create pretest (and, presumably release) version of Emacs
30. Additional changes are required to progmatically identify changes
in Emacs' dependancies (e.g. after building a new Emacs binary for
distribution). There is commented out code to this effect in the
changes I've installed which did work, for a brief period in time; I
suspect some changes in MSYS2 made it more difficult (or impossible?) to
invoke the MSYS2 shell (under which this python script must run) from
the MINGW64 (under which Emacs is built). I may resort to a powershell
script as a way to orchistrate/invoke both MSYS2 and MING64 but I'm
currently still messing with a Makefile based approach (which would run
under MINGW64), in any event I believe we're all agreed this script
must interigate Emacs to create the "starting list" of dependancies to
include as a way to resolve this issue (missing/incorrect deps are
frequent source of broken binary releases). (bug#65206)

Previously, the uninstaller would recursively, unconditionally, remove
the parent folder in which Emacs was installed (the folder selected by
when running the installer), into which the installer places a folder
named for the given release (e.g. emacs-30.1). This was a problem
during uinstalation when the selected folder contained other versions of
Emacs the user did not wish to remove. Additionally, deleting Start Menu
short-cuts did not work (bug#68756).
Some installer language now better reflects that users are not
required to "Accept" the GNU Public License in order to use (etc.)
Emacs (bug#67667).
Users selections related to where to create (or not create) Start Menu
shortcuts are no longer ignored. (bug#75013)
Emacs (as installed by the installer) can now be uninstalled via
Windows' Add/Remove Progrms Control Panel.
The uninstaller will now remove (empty) parent folders, both under
Program Files and (when creation of shortcuts is enabled) under the
select Start Menu location.

Fix idna-mapping-table following Unicode 16 changes

The latest version of UTS #46 in Unicode 16 has changed the way it
indicates which codepoints are invalid in domain names, causing
'idna-mapping-table' to contain incorrect information, which then breaks
'textsec-domain-suspicious-p' and our test suite. (Bug#73312)
* admin/unidata/unidata-gen.el (unidata-gen-idna-mapping): Check the
IDNA validity field in "IdnaMappingTable.txt" in addition to checking
the status field, as the latter can now be 'valid' for disallowed
codepoints.

Prefer stdbit.h to count-one-bits.h etc

C23's <stdbit.h> in the long run should be better supported than
Gnulib's count-one-bits.h and similar headers, so switch to the
C23 primitives, with a Gnulib fallback for platforms lacking C23.
* admin/merge-gnulib (GNULIB_MODULES): Remove count-leading-zeros,
count-one-bits, count-trailing-zeros. Add stdc_bit_width,
stdc_count_ones, stdc_trailing_zeros.
* lib/count-leading-zeros.c, lib/count-leading-zeros.h:
* lib/count-one-bits.c, lib/count-one-bits.h:
* lib/count-trailing-zeros.c, lib/count-trailing-zeros.h: Remove.
* lib/stdbit.c, lib/stdbit.in.h, lib/stdc_bit_width.c:
* lib/stdc_count_ones.c, lib/stdc_leading_zeros.c:
* lib/stdc_trailing_zeros.c, m4/stdbit_h.m4:
New files, copied from Gnulib.
* lib/gnulib.mk.in, m4/gnulib-comp.m4: Regenerate.
* src/data.c: Do not include count-one-bits.h, count-trailing-zeros.h.
Instead, rely on lisp.h including stdbit.h.
(Flogcount, Fbool_vector_count_population)
(Fbool_vector_count_consecutive): Use stdbit.h macros instead of
count-one-bits.h and count-trailing-zeros.h macros.
(shift_right_ull, count_one_bits_word, pre_value)
(count_trailing_zero_bits): Remove; no longer needed.
* src/lisp.h: Include stdbit.h instead of count-leading-zeros.h.

syncdoc-type-hierarchy.el: Sort and remove comp dependency

not to "pollute" the table with Org-specific types.
(syncdoc-all-types): Sort the types topologically from the root.
(syncdoc-hierarchy): Use `cl--class-parents` instead if
`comp--direct-supertypes` so we don't depend on `comp-cstr`.
(syncdoc-make-type-table): Sort the table so supertypes always come before
their subtypes.
(syncdoc-make-type-table): Require `org-table` here.
