* lib-src/ntlib.c: Include <sys/types.h> earlier, due to a bug in
MinGW64 pthreads_compat.h header.  (Bug#81826)

README 

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
