* test/infra/Dockerfile.emba (emacs-eglot): Install rust-src.

* test/infra/gitlab-ci.yml (test-eglot): Extend EMACS_EXTRAOPT.

* test/lisp/progmodes/eglot-tests.el
(eglot-test-rust-completion-exit-function): Don't skip on emba.
