Update to ts6 
Most of the changed lines in this are from random
breaking changes in typedoc meaning that lots of
docstrings needed to be rewritten

Add TrustedKeyboardEvent and force/deny usage 
TrustedKeyboardEvent MUST be used within Tridactyl to
ensure we do not accept events. It MUST NOT be used
within event listeners which MUST use runtime type
guards instead

Disable array type linting 
There doesn't seem to be a way of allowing `MyType[]` but
disallowing `(string | number)[]` in lieu of
`Array<string | number>` so I'm just disabling it
completely
