Fini Jastrow 48e1a64620 CI: font-patcher: Always check the correct amount of glyphs patched in 
[why]
It went unnoticed now at least 2 times that a release is budgered
because the patch start and end have not been adjusted after expansions.

[how]
Add an --experimental feature that checks the actually patched-in number
of glyphs versus the number of glyphs claimed in the i_*.sh files.

If the new flag is given:
Output the findings. Abort run when mismatch.

Fini Jastrow b2912110b3 Rename D2Coding to D2Koding (RFN license) 
[why]
When we added D2Coding we did not correctly determine the license and
worked as if it was OFL-1.1-no-RFN, but in fact it has an RFN clause and
is OFL-1.1-RFN.

So we need to rename the font when it is patched.

[how]
This commit expands the SIL_TABLE in the `font-patcher` so that any
patching substitutes `D2Coding` with `D2Koding`.

There are several fonts with too long family names (ID1):

    too long (32 > 31): AnnotationMono NFM ExtraBold Obl
    too long (32 > 31): AnnotationMono NFP ExtraBold Obl
    too long (35 > 31): AnnotationMono NF ExtraBold Upright
    too long (36 > 31): AnnotationMono NFM ExtraBold Upright
    too long (36 > 31): AnnotationMono NFP ExtraBold Upright
    too long (32 > 31): AnnotationMono NF Medium Upright
    too long (33 > 31): AnnotationMono NFM Medium Upright
    too long (33 > 31): AnnotationMono NFP Medium Upright

While going to abbreviated styles (i.e. `--makegroups 5`) would also
solve this, the shortened style names are always 'strange'.

We could change `AnnotationMono` to `AnnotationM`, with a rule, but
that is also not nice; and the reason are purely the Upright
style fonts.

While too long there is no problem with the discoverability.

So we just live with the errors.
No. This is maybe not sustainable, and so we DO shorten Mono to M, and
reduce the number of problematic fonts from currently 8 to 3:

    too long (32 > 31): AnnotationM NF ExtraBold Upright
    too long (33 > 31): AnnotationM NFM ExtraBold Upright
    too long (33 > 31): AnnotationM NFP ExtraBold Upright
