Give the worktree loader tests their repos' git dirs
The scenarios describe their repo by its paths but leave the git dirs empty, which no repo has. Unused for now; the loader is about to want them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
