Stefan Haller fb761892aa Filter the keybindings menu as you type
Looking up a keybinding is a search, so the menu that lists them is the
one that most wants this. Its items do have keys, but only as a reminder
of what they do outside the menu, so nothing is lost by not binding them.

The prompt in front of the input field says what '@' does. It only ever
showed up while the user was typing in the search prompt, so it could
afford to be wordy; on a row that is on screen for as long as the menu
is, it can't.

Stefan Haller d0d58233ff If a menu entry has multiple keybindings, list them in a tooltip
We append them with a blank line to an existing tooltip if the item already has
one, or create a new tooltip if not.

This is a straight rename with no other code changes. Doing it in a separate
commit to keep the diff of the previous one somewhat readable.

After the change in the previous commit this expresses better what it is about.

Stefan Haller 26096d9dd9 Don't hide keybindings that match the confirmMenu key in the keybindings menu
In all other menus besides the keybindings menu it makes sense to hide
keybindings that match the confirmMenu binding. This is important to make it
clear which action will be triggered when you press the key.

In the keybindings menu this is different; the main purpose of that menu is not
to allow triggering commands by their key while the menu is open, but to serve
as a reference for what the keybindings are when it is not open. Because of
this, it is more important to show all bindings in this menu, even if they
conflict with the confirmMenu key.

This fixes a regression introduced in b3a3410a1a.

Stefan Haller 7fe96e9aee Include commands without keybinding in options menu
This is not a behavior change, we already include these in the menu, but that's
because of a bug that we will fix in the next commit.

I find it useful to see these commands, especially for rarely-used custom
commands that you don't want to waste a keybinding on.

Previously we included all navigation keybindings from all views in the keybindings menu, meaning
if you pressed enter on 'next page' in the commits view, you'd end up triggering the action
in the sub-commits view.

Jesse Duffield e33fe37a99 Standardise on using lo for slice functions
We've been sometimes using lo and sometimes using my slices package, and we need to pick one
for consistency. Lo is more extensive and better maintained so we're going with that.

My slices package was a superset of go's own slices package so in some places I've just used
the official one (the methods were just wrappers anyway).

I've also moved the remaining methods into the utils package.

Jesse Duffield d772c9f1d4 Use sentence case everywhere
We have not been good at consistent casing so far. Now we use 'Sentence case' everywhere. EVERYWHERE.

Also Removing 'Lc' prefix from i18n field names: the 'Lc' stood for lowercase but now that everything
is in 'Sentence case' there's no need for the distinction.

I've got a couple lower case things I've kept: namely, things that show up in parentheses.
