Stefan Haller 2669842445 Show a Github PR's combined checks state in branches list and main view
In the branches list we show the checks icon (✓, ✗ etc) instead of the
gihub icon for branches that are open and have a state. It is a little
confusing, because the ✓ in front of the name means something very
different than the ✓ after it, but the checks status is just too useful
to see in the list.

In the main view we show it as a compact status before the PR title,
with a hyperlink that takes you directly to the checks tab in Github.

Stefan Haller 320d33a8ef Centralize pull-request header presentation
The branch controller should decide which pull request to show, not how its
header is styled and linked. Move the existing formatter and state badge next
to the branch presentation helpers so subsequent header changes stay in one
layer.

Stefan Haller 67c81c5b14 Change default spinner frames and rate
I find that this looks a little nicer, and it reduces CPU load by not
spinning so fast.

Stefan Haller 649679c33a Remove branch icons from Branches list
The only information that this carries is whether an entry is a real branch or a
detached head. Detached heads can only be at the top, and they are easy to tell
apart from the other branches by their name, so the icon is not really very
useful.

We are going to show PR icons in this column.

Show worktree name next to branch in branches list
When a branch is checked out by another worktree, show the worktree
name in the label, e.g. "(worktree cosmos2)" instead of just
"(worktree)", so you can immediately see which worktree holds it.

kyu08 beb05d4a61 Fix makeAtomic in branches_test
When replacing the naked return with a `return result`, the linter starts to
complain about "return copies lock value: sync/atomic.Int32 contains
sync/atomic.noCopy". I suspect this is also a problem when using a naked return,
and the linter just doesn't catch it in that case. Either way, it's better to
use a pointer to ensure that the atomic is not copied.

Stefan Haller abb7bed0c4 Draw divergence from base branch right-aligned in branches view
Also, remove it from the status view. I'd say it isn't really needed there,
although I don't have a strong opinion about that.

Stefan Haller a6a68778ea Move NewDummyCommon to pkg/common
It's too special for a utils package, and it als makes sense to put it right
next to the thing that it is a dummy for.

This will allow us to turn the field into an atomic.Value for safe concurrent

Stefan Haller 5b613f5bc7 Remove ColoredBranchStatus and branchStatusColor
Previously the entire status was colored in a single color, so the API made
sense. This is going to change in the next commit, so now we must include the
color in the string returned from BranchStatus(), which means that callers who
need to do hit detection or measure the length need to decolorize it.

While we're at it, switch the order of ↑3↓7 to ↓7↑3. For some reason that I
can't really explain I find it more logical this way. The software out there is
pretty undecided about it, it seems: VS Code puts ↓7 first, and so does the
shell prompt that comes with git; git status and git branch -v put "ahead" first
though. Shrug.

Stefan Haller c59e6b6451 Cleanup: don't mess with globals in tests without resetting them
Changing globals in the init() function of a test file is a bad idea, as it
affects all other tests that run after it. Do it explicitly in each test
function that needs it, and take care of restoring the previous value
afterwards.
