Rendering a view's content again while a search is on leaves the "x of y"
describing the content that has just been replaced. The status is worked
out when the search is typed and again when a key steps through the
matches, and a render is neither. Change the diff context size while
searching the focused main view, and the count stays as it was, however
many matches the wider context brought in or took away.
Run the search again over the new content once the render has finished
putting it there.

refreshMainViews reset the scroll position of every other main view at the
very top, before moveMainContextPairToTop runs its CopyContent. CopyContent
copies the previously-shown view's content into the now-visible one to avoid a
blank frame during the async re-render — but because the reset ran first, it
had already zeroed the origin of that soon-to-be-copied source view. The
placeholder therefore always appeared scrolled to the top, jumping away from
wherever the screen actually was, on every cross-pair transition.
Move the reset to after the copy. The end state is unchanged (each other main
view still ends at origin 0, and the destination always re-renders), but the
brief placeholder now stays at the source view's real scroll position until
the real content paints.

Copy the outgoing view's content into the target view (the flicker-
prevention step) before queuing the render task, rather than after. The
task writes the fresh content from a worker goroutine, so with the old
order the worker write races the UI-thread copy, and the copy can land
last and clobber the fresh content with stale output.
This is only needed while view writes happen concurrently. Once view
writes are serialized on the UI thread and the view write-mutex goes
away, the synchronous copy always precedes the FIFO-queued write
regardless of order, so the reorder becomes unnecessary. No code comment
is added for it, since that comment would be obsoleted by that work and
likely left behind.
I copied all files except dot files (.github and .gitignore), the _examples
folder, and go.mod/go.sum.
At some point we may want to copy the files back to the gocui repo when other
clients (e.g. lazydocker) want to use the newer versions of them.
In 8b8343b8a9 we made a change to run newPtyTask from AfterLayout; this is
needed so that the PTY gets the new, updated view size. However, this created a
race condition for integration tests that select a line in a list view and then
expect the main view to have certain content; sometimes that content gets
rendered too late.
I'm surprised that this didn't cause more tests to fail; right now I only know
of one test that occasionally fails because of this, which is stash/rename.go.
Fix this by moving the AfterLayout to inside newPtyTask, and do it only when we
are actually using a PTY (we don't when no pager is configured, which is the
case for integration tests).
The diff is best viewed with "ignore whitespace" turned on.
This is important when using a pager that draws a horizontal line across the
entire width of the view; when changing from a file or directory that has only
unstaged (or only staged) changes to one that has both, the main view is split
in half, but the PTY task would be run on the view in its old state, so the
horizonal line would be too long and wrap around.
Without this it's not reliably possible to ask whether a given view is visible
by asking
windowHelper.TopViewInWindow(context.GetWindowName()) == context.GetView()
because there could be transient, invisible contexts after it in the Z order.
I guess it's a bit of a coincidence that this has never been a problem so far.
This begins a big refactor of moving more code out of the Gui struct into contexts, controllers, and helpers. We also move some code into structs in the
gui package purely for the sake of better encapsulation
