Stefan Haller cc0b5a2f7f Cleanup: remove the ignoringWarnings hack from GetMergeBase ... GetMergeBase is always called with a full ref, so it shouldn't need the ignoringWarnings hack (which is about ignoring warnings coming from ambiguous refs).
