Mark Pitman 61b2a2c703 Add ability to specify a remote 
Use -r to push the new branch to origin
Use -r <remote_name> to push to <remote_name>

Will not auto push to origin if you do not use the argument

Mark Pitman be15db9cdf Fix Issue #186 
Use `git create-branch` instead of `git checkout -b` in:
git-bug
git-chore
git-feature
git-refactor

Since `git-finish` uses `git-delete-branch` (which expects the branch to
have been pushed to origin) we should use `git-create-branch` to create
it.
