Jonathan "Duke" Leto 3662dd95bf Make git-summary take an optional commitish 
This allows you to ask for a git summary based on a commitish, which is
very useful if you have a lot of project history. For example, if you
want a summary since the tag v42

$ git summary v42..

Tj Holowaychuk b60ca7c604 Fixed git-contrib issue when the username is in a commit msg 
For example "visionmedia" might be in a submodule commit,
so grep fucks up and does not show the contrib properly. The down side
of this is that you need to specify the entire user name
