This adds a feature to add additional authors to the previous commit,
this feature is supported by GitHub and GitLab and based on the format
should be self-evident to anyone reading the commit message.

spacewander df06f3e3bd git-rename-branch: change branch argument order 
Now git-rename-branch has the same order like 'git branch -m', 'git
rename-tag' and other rename command.

Note that this is a break change.

The current docs are incorrect, using the command gives an error msg:

```
error: unknown argument --since=1 week ago
error: if that argument was meant for git-log,
error: please put it after two dashes ( -- ).

Robin Winslow 71a12810e0 Be explicit about only resetting git directories 
This expects a target git directory. If it's not a git directory,
(e.g. a simple directory) then it will pass through to
`git clone` which will raise an error.

Here I'm clarifying that this tool will reset local *git directories* specifically.
