David Freese	8eb48a28fb	Fix references to SKIM_DEFAULT_OPTS in vim plugin ... There are references to SKIM_DEFAULT_OPTS within the vim plugin, but this is different from the SKIM_DEFAULT_OPTIONS that is suggested for use within the documentation, and used elsewhere throughout the program. This changes the two uses of SKIM_DEFAULT_OPTS to SKIM_DEFAULT_OPTIONS within the vim plugin.	2019-01-02 09:11:33 -08:00

As @justinmk pointed out, `on_exit` is a `system_handler`, that's taking 3 parameters: 25427ae892/runtime/autoload/man.vim (L71-L90) This fixes file selection crash (in my setup neovim + rg).
