docs fix: Build results will be at ./dist 
The default output directory of goreleaser is `./dist`: https://goreleaser.com/customization/dist/

Also, the current default rule of Makefile is `check-goreleaser`, not `build`.

Daisuke Maki aa8bec3184 Remove dead Use256Color config field 
After the tcell migration, 256-color support is automatic via
terminfo detection. The field was stored but never read by any
rendering code.

James McDonnell 6d0ff86f90 Add case insensitive regex as a filter option 
Regexp is the only way to do boolean OR searches.

Having the option to not have to type  is really convenient
