Daisuke Maki 00707e8727 Aaaarg, pt didn't find the last remaining reference to pdebug! 
pt 2.2.0 used the line "peco" from .gitignore, and decided to
skip matching against the directory "cmd/peco". This made me
think that I changed all occurrances of github.com/lestrrat/go-pdebug
to github.com/lestrrat-go/pdebug, but apparently there was one
that was missing.
