more convenient remapping by using <plug> mappings

Now mappings can be remapped in `.vimrc` by
`nnoremap <key> <Plug>(RepeatUndoLine)`
and disablabled in `.vimrc` by
`nnoremap <SID>(DisableRepeatUndoLine) <Plug>(RepeatUndoLine)`
