then after `ziextract' there will be: ./{pulumi,pulumi2}. To obtain the
same effect using the extract'' ice, pass two exclamation marks, i.e.:
extract'!!'. A real-world example:

usage. Use them to install files and directories into $ZPFX or another
directory. Example:

zi make'!' atclone'zicp share bin/fzf → bin usr -> /usr/local' for junegunn/fzf

Without an arrow (→,-> or =>) copies into the same directory in $ZPFX,
i.e.: `share' onto `$ZPFX/share' in the example. With an arrow –
into the given directory. Supports also file names with spaces – use the
non-breaking space (Right–AltGr + Space) in place of the intended space.

Mykola Rybak 09b78e9646 Fix completions installation condition 
Recently zinit started installing completions event if nocompletions
ice is specified. This seems to be related to recent commit
a46f97e8c3

With that change, if either nocompletions or as"null" ices are not
specified than completions are installed, so to avoid completions
installation one has to specify both nocompletions _and_ as"null".

This commit changes logic to be equivalent to what was before.
