refactor: rename +zinit-message to +zi-log (#563) 
- Rename all instances of +zinit-message to +zi-log
- Maintain compatibility with community plugins/annexes by forwarding +zinit-message calls to +zi-log

fix: add .gitignore with '*' pattern in a plugins ._zinit/ directory (#397) 
Zinit creates a directory named `._zinit` to store metadata. However, this
metadata should not be added to git.

Closes #395

doc: improve zsd gen, pdf output, and gh workflow (#220) 
- Fix to re-enable users to generate zshelldoc documentation without
  docker.
- Update most asciidoctor blocks in Zinit source code to fix issue where
  they would take up a line above the next function name
- Remove unnecessary steps from the documentation Github action workflow
- Misc. Makefile changes in clean and doc targets logic

Sebastian Gniazdowski fccd35a7b7 all: FEATURE – New ice `extract' which extracts: a) files with known 
extensions, b) extension-less files of known file types (checked with
the `file' command), c) or the listed files. extract'!' will move the
files up one directory level. extract'-' will prevent the archive
removal (upon unpacking). Can be combined, e.g.: extract'-!'.
