Sebastian Gniazdowski 5c72619da3 FEATURE: A new ice binary' ↔ works like null' however installs completions. 
- `null' works like: pick'/dev/null' nocompletions.
- `binary' works like: pick'/dev/null'.

I.e.: it denotes a binary, no-source plugin that still might have some
completions to install.
