Add installation instructions for debian and ubuntu based distributions 
As peco is available in the default Debian/Ubuntu repositories, I suggest to include the respective installation instructions here, so people do not think they have to build manually.

Daisuke Maki 00707e8727 Aaaarg, pt didn't find the last remaining reference to pdebug! 
pt 2.2.0 used the line "peco" from .gitignore, and decided to
skip matching against the directory "cmd/peco". This made me
think that I changed all occurrances of github.com/lestrrat/go-pdebug
to github.com/lestrrat-go/pdebug, but apparently there was one
that was missing.
